Scope of work:
The home was originally built over 20 years ago with incredible attention to detail and craftsmanship. It featured exposed beams, a sweeping curved staircase, polished concrete floors, vaulted ceilings, and a mix of angles and curves that gave it a distinctive architectural character. Every choice felt intentional and timeless, which gave us an amazing foundation to build on. Our goal was to honor that thoughtful design while layering in more function, playful energy, and personality—making it feel fresh and reflective of the clients’ current lifestyle, while still celebrating the home they’ve loved for decades.

Full Service Renovation

This project transforming a dated 2000s lakefront home into a vibrant, highly functional space that felt deeply personal and uniquely theirs. The homeowners wanted the house to reflect their love of color, coastal living, and a laid-back yet elevated lifestyle—all while supporting the everyday needs of a busy family with kids and pets. They weren’t looking for a cookie-cutter renovation. They wanted something bold, joyful, and timeless. Our goal was to give them all of that and more—designing a home that balances beauty and practicality, feels luxurious but lived-in, and most importantly, feels like them.
The Salty Angler
Full Service Renovation

Scope of work:
This was a full renovation, transforming the space inside and out. The project included new windows, exterior siding, landscaping, interior flooring, paint, both bathrooms, window treatments, a complete kitchen overhaul, and full furnishings. Every detail was reimagined to create a fresh, functional, and elevated space. Beyond being a personal retreat, the home needed to function as a gathering space for business, leisure, and even special events, including weddings this spring. The primary goal was to create a masculine yet elevated coastal home that felt sophisticated—not a typical cheesy beach house.
Expanded Grove House

Second Phase Renovation
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, playroom, garage, game room 5,000 sq. ft.
This project was the second phase for our clients. A few years ago, we renovated a significant portion of the home when it served as their vacation and holiday residence. In this phase, we focused on an addition of living spaces, the construction of a pool and the renovation of the primary suite. The addition included two daughters’ bedrooms with a connecting bathroom, a guest suite, a kids playroom, two double garages and a large game room featuring a golf simulator, full bar and lounging areas. The pool deck was expanded to include a 20’x40’ pool and hot tub that is screened in.
Courtyard Vibes

Scope of work:
This was a renovation project of a home that had sat vacant for years. The previous owners had started to renovate but stopped after some demo had begun.
This project was already underway when we were brought on board. The demolition had been completed, and the clients had started making design decisions. However, they quickly realized they needed someone with the creativity to make the space truly exceptional and the experience to execute it well.
Shaded Drive

Interior and Exterior Renovation
3 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom, pool hut, dual laundry, gym 5,000 sq. ft.
This beautiful lakefront home is situated on acres of land, accessible via a long and shaded driveway. While the home benefited from its lovely shade, it lacked the character and personality the clients desired. Additionally, it did not fully capitalize on the stunning lake views. Interestingly, the home was built with its front facing the water and the back oriented towards the driveway.

Historic Home Renovation
This historic home renovation was all about honoring the past while making the home work for modern living. We dramatically expanded the kitchen, added a dedicated laundry room, and refreshed the living room, completely reworking the floorplan in the process. Original floors were restored to match the home’s historic selections, and custom cabinetry was designed to maximize the unique layout. Paneled appliances, dual islands, and a wet bar create a kitchen that’s both highly functional and layered with charm. The new laundry room became a moment of its own, finished in a playful pink with a bold, fun wallpaper.

Full Service Renovation
Scope of work:
This full-home renovation focused on reworking the existing floorplan to create better flow and a more generous kitchen. Load-bearing walls were removed to open the space, allowing European oak floors to run seamlessly throughout. Concrete beams and a statement fireplace add architectural weight, while the laundry room, powder bath, and pantry were thoughtfully redesigned for improved function and natural light. A custom stair design off the entry sets the tone, giving the entire home a fresh, modern edge.
