About the Shaded Drive Project

Shaded Drive is a project that embodies functional luxury. Every decision was made with how the home would be lived in, not just how it would be photographed.

The arched opening anchors the space visually while creating a natural flow between rooms. It adds architectural interest without overwhelming the home and sets the tone for the layers that follow.

This detail has become one of our most referenced moments, and we love that HGTV saw the same quiet impact we did.
