We Made The Move!
We’ve officially transitioned out of Nicole’s home office and our 10’x10’ storage unit to our Design Studio/Warehouse in Lakeland, I use that “officially” term lightly because some styling items still reside in Nicole’s living room. But yes, we actually have an office now!!
A first look at our design studio, pre-construction!
These next few weeks we are doing a bit of remodeling.. new drywall, electrical, window signage, and paint. Our desks and furniture pieces have been ordered and start arriving later this week which is kinda surreal! The transition from working at home to having a home base has been a positive one and the team is settling into their camping chairs quite nicely. (wink)
Check out the warehouse!
Our back of house is pretty large but we’ll see if we still will feel that way in a few months when this place starts loading up with furniture! As you can see we’ve already started receiving items for our clients. The warehouse will house our clients items, some samples, styling items, miscellaneous items, and our restroom. In the back we do have a loading dock which was super important to us in choosing a location. Most vendors only ship to a business with a loading dock so this was big in terms of being able to receive all of our clients items.
